2. Eligibility

The 37jili platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make any deposit, or place any bet at 37jili. This minimum age requirement is enforced without exception and applies to all Philippine players regardless of the game type or bet amount.

Age verification

37jili reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, including at registration, before any withdrawal is processed, or at any point during your account's activity. Jurisdictional responsibility

37jili employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as players. Any such account discovered will be closed immediately.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To play at 37jili, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

Accurate information is required

Providing false information during registration — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a breach of these terms. 37jili will close accounts found to contain inaccurate registration details, and any balance in the account may be forfeited if the inaccuracy was intentional or constitutes fraud.

KYC verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. 37jili may request one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Verification documents must be submitted in clear, readable format. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawals held until the process is complete.

Account security

Your 37jili login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. 37jili support staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 37jili support immediately. 37jili is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Availability of specific methods may vary. Not all methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals.

Minimum deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method in the cashier section of your 37jili account. The minimum varies by method and may change. Deposits below the stated minimum for the selected method will not be credited.

Withdrawal requirements

To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified, your active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited, and the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum stated for your selected method. Withdrawals are processed in the order received, with priority queue access available to VIP members at Gold tier and above as described in the VIP Club terms.

Withdrawal processing times

Processing times vary by payment method and account verification status. 37jili aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. 37jili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or incomplete KYC documentation.

No third-party withdrawals: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own name. 37jili will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to other people, regardless of relationship.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

37jili offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to their individual terms in addition to this general Terms and Conditions document. Where there is a conflict between an individual promotion's terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer.

Wagering requirements

All 37jili bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This is expressed as a multiplier, for example 20×, applied to the bonus amount. A ₱500 bonus with a 20× requirement means ₱10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal cap are stated in each promotion's terms before you claim.

Game contribution rates

Not all games contribute equally to a wagering requirement. Slots may contribute at 100%, while card games, table games, or sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for a specific offer. Bonus expiry

All bonuses at 37jili have an expiry period from the date of claim. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Bonus abuse

37jili reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it identifies systematic bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: coordinated claiming patterns across multiple accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

One welcome bonus per player: The 37jili welcome bonus is available once per verified player identity, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute a breach of these terms.

6. Game Rules and Betting

Each game and betting market available at 37jili is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or betting section before any stake is placed. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or market before wagering.

Accepted bets

A bet is only valid and accepted when it has been confirmed by the 37jili system and a reference or confirmation is generated. Bets that have not received system confirmation are not valid regardless of the outcome of the event or game round.

Errors and malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or clear pricing error in a betting market, 37jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Minimum and maximum stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across 37jili games and betting markets. Outcome finality

Game outcomes and settled bets are final once confirmed by the 37jili system. Requests to reverse or adjust settled results will only be considered where there is evidence of a technical error or a provable system failure. Disagreement with an outcome that was settled correctly under the applicable game rules is not grounds for reversal.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 37jili and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

37jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where:

A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct is suspected.
A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request has been received.
The account has been inactive for an extended period and qualifies for dormancy policy treatment.

Voluntary account closure

Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed — either completed or the bonus forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to a verified account in your name.

Dormant accounts

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 37jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
